So sorry to hear about what you're having to deal with. Unfortunately, more and more I am coming across privately owned firms ( with unqualified people) preying on vulnerable people.
Some grandparents are unable to see their own part in raising their abusive child, so trying to get access to grandchildren, puts the victims at further risk of harm.
It's SO key for the courts to follow J12 directive and businesses to be held accountable for what they're offering when it's not pre sanctioned or gone through a safety standards agreement with actual authorities for safeguarding purposes.
Mainly as survivors, we have to be ever vigilant of the vultures circling everywhere qnd always in fighting for our children's and our own safety.
This "Amicable" simply undermines attempts to heal from abuse and move forward.
